Default could this be speed sensor?

when the car is kind of cold or at temp, I can be driving and speedo works fine. after like a few min driving the speedo acts up, numbers will start going all over the place. will read 0 wile driving, then will come back to life. Act up, cycle continues.

Could be dash too. Try another speed sensor first but make sure you are changing the correct one as there is two, change the 3 wire one.

Any idea of another car that shares the same speed sensor? I asked on a local forum if anyone has a w58 supra speed sensor and I got a reply saying that it is a cable sensor.
